My heart and prayers goes out to your family. I know this is just so hard to imagine and then to have had 2 hit with the worst scenario possible from the Swine Flu is painful for a family. I am eating chewable Vitamin C like crazy, taking Quercertin, B complex and Vitamin D. Also trying to get enough rest to restore my body's immune system. My husband has had the worst insomnia for the last 2 weeks and I worry about his immune system getting low from it. I tell you what, coughing and sneezing into your elbow saves a lot of germs from being spread into the air and onto things you touch after coughing or sneezing in to your hand. We have had two family members this week die from Swine Flu. One was in his late 30's the other in his 70's. Please take care of yourself and others.
