Supplements for me, particularly in the colder months--dietary, when feasible. Unfortunately, I sunburn in about 10 minutes, especially in mid-day sun, so I don't do the skin exposing as much. I try and do my walking with legs, arms, face exposed--in warmer weather, at least--mid-morning or late afternoon. It's a good thing to keep in mind, because this is an important nutrient that we need for many reasons!
