Guest guest Posted October 17, 2009 Report Share Posted October 17, 2009 Start cutting in the middle of the squash at the *chubby* part. You might be tempted to start at the top, with the stem, but that is the toughest part because it is solid. The seeds are near the bottom. Slice down and around one side and up the other . Remove the seeds and pulp and make some small slits with your knife in the inside *meat* of the squash. Add a little butter and brown sugar and bake at 350 degrees for apx. 30 min. or until done.
