Meatless Meatloaf - Mom's recipe with a slight change

I used to love my Mom's meatloaf. So made it last night with a slight

modification. I think it came out Yummy! Brings back memories. :-)

Enjoy!

 

Meatless Meatloaf

 

1 package Yves Meatless Ground

1 Can ABC Vegetarian Soup

1 Egg

1 Cup Bread Crumbs

1 Can Diced Tomatoes

 

Preheat Oven 450

 

Mix Yves, Soup, Egg, Bread Crumbs together.

Grease loaf pan.

Put mixture into loaf pan.

Top with tomatoes

 

Bake Uncovered for 40 mins

 

Makes 6 Servings

200 calories per serving

I have never seen a meatloaf recipe with canned soup in it -- looks like it

would make a nice, moist one! Thanks for sharing. :)
