Guest guest
Hi all, Ken Here. Here's my Recipe for Ramen/Brocolli-or-Cole-Slaw quick Stirfry. Because of the Ramen, it's likely a little fatty and salty, but a guilty pleasure of mine... Ingredients: Your choice of prepared stir-fry veggies, prepackaged " Brocco-Slaw " /ShrededBrocolli-salad/ *OR* Course-Cut Prepackaged Cole-Slaw-with shredded Carrots: Ramen Noodles *and* their flavor pack, mushroon flavor A little vegetable oil *OR* pan-cooking-Spray for less oil and fat... Directions: 1) In a large saute pan or frypan, on med.-hi heat, place a couple tablespoons of oil, 2) One Pkg of *CRUSHED* Ramen Noodles (Crushed is the only way to stir fry them) 3) whle constantly rapidly stirring these *DRY* Ramen Noodles in the hot oil, let them fry until they're a dark-beige or extremely light-brown... overbrowning and burning them makes them extremely bitter-sour!!!! 4) before the noodles fully brown or burn, quickly add your choice of pre-pkgd or your own veggies... their water will soften the hard noodle-pieces, the pan will start to *steam* everything nicely... serve when cooked to your taste! (being POlish, I *LOVE* taking the Course-Cut Coleslaw-with-carrot, and peparing this way. Hopefully, enjoy!
