HOME FRIES WITH GREEN ZUCCHINI

 

 

5 MEDIUM POTATOES

1 MEDIUM ONION

TABLE SPOON OF OREGON

TABLE SPOON OF SEA SALT

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

PACK OF SAZON

1GREEN PEPPER

1 TOMATOE

2 TABLE SPOON OF OREGONO

2 TABLE SPOON BLACK PEPPER

 

CUT, SKIN AND WASH ALL VEGETABLES. VEGETABLES CAN BE CUT TO YOUR SIZE OR LIKING.

IN THE BOWL MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, EXCEPT THE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

 

WARM SKILLET THEN COVER BOTTOM OF THE PAN WITH THE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.

 

SAUTEE ONIONS,GREEN PEPPERS AND TOMATOES FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES.

 

PLACE VEGATABLES IN PAN COOK ON A LOW FIRE FOR ABOUT HALF AND HOUR OR UNTIL

VEGETALES ARE SOFT

 

CAN BE SERVED WITH A PLATE OF RICE.

 

PREPPING TIP : SEASON VEGATABLES OVER NICE SO IT CAN BE WELL MARINATED
