VEGETABLES CAN BE CUT TO YOUR SIZE OR LIKING. IN THE BOWL MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, EXCEPT THE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL WARM SKILLET THEN COVER BOTTOM OF THE PAN WITH THE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL. SAUTEE ONIONS,GREEN PEPPERS AND TOMATOES FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. PLACE VEGATABLES IN PAN COOK ON A LOW FIRE FOR ABOUT HALF AND HOUR OR UNTIL VEGETALES ARE SOFT CAN BE SERVED WITH A PLATE OF RICE.
