For cooking Brown rice in Cooker put double the volume of rice to cook.First boil the water in open cooker, on boiling time pour washed brown rice to water and close the lid with pressure value. keep the flame on normal, by 7-10 minute will bake. Just before coming first whistle off the flame. If one whistle come out may Rice bake more and make whole lot too soft to eat. Depending upon variety of Rice, water quantity vary little more or less.
