It has fantastice recipes in it and is a spiral cookbook, so stays open easily when making recipes from it.. http://www.worldfamousspot.com/ Here is a recipe for the Mushroom Walnut Loaf from the cookbook. I was happy to see the her place get a good plug since all the other places on the show were non- vegetarian.
