I know Tonya the owner, we did the fpood for Earth Day a few years ago in Hermosa. I've been eating there since she took it pver, 20 something years. I love her cookbook, my favorite is the Neptune Loaf. The recipes are all the dishes she serves in the restaurant. Her savpory sauce is delicious. Have you been to the Green Temple in Redondo? All their recipes are Tonya's ex-husbands, when he closed Greens By The Sea they bought the recipes. Iived in Hermosa for 18 years, and because it is so small, only 1 square mile, we walked there. The Spot is a quaint little non-glamorous restaurant, and the food is really delicious. Even non-vegetarians love that place. Let us know what you think after you go there. Lu A cat isn't fussy - just so long as you remember she like her milk in the shallow, rose patterned saucer and her fish on the blue plate. From which she will take it, and eat it off the carpet.
