I have used it in the Chicken and Rice recipe that is on the back of the Campbells Mushroom soup can. That one is pretty good. Thanks also for the link to Amazon, I hadn't thought of Amazon for veggie meat alteratives. We are fortunate enough to have 3 stores that carry here in our area. One is a regular grocery store. They have a whole section of Worthington/Loma Linda products next to their Jewish Section. I wish we had a Whole Foods here too, but we don't as of yet.
