I am in Perth Western Australia and have only been vegetarian for a few months, but thinking about it for years. For me it was an ethical decision, and the hardest part is cooking just for me. Two daughters are dieting, and son is a definite carnivore (thank goodness I only have three of the five off spring living with me).
