Guest guest
I like oat milk very much, especially the chocolate milk and they have un-sweetened " drinks on the go " in several flavours, and many of their products are ecological. Here's a recipe for Swedish pancakes, made with Oatly oat milk, you can use ordinary milk or any milk substitute you want. There are lots of other recipes on their webpage, many of them vegetarian, the site is well worth a visit. Swedish style pancakes Serves 4. Ingredients: 180 g wheat flour 0.5 tsp. salt (1 tbs sugar) 600 ml Oatly Oat Drink 2 eggs 2 tsp. melted margarine Instructions: 1. Whip the eggs together with 300 ml of Oatly Oat Drink. 2. Add the flour and whip until the batter is completely smooth. 3. Add the rest of the Oatly Oat Drink, sugar, salt and melted margarine. 4. Fry the pancakes in a little butter/oil. 5. Serve with jam or just sugar. http://www2.oatly.com/ /Helga
