Kale Recipe Needed ASAP

Chop up and apple and add to the kale.  It will remove the bitter and you won't

even taste the apple.  Tip from our Chanda and Lawanna. It works too.

Now go to the recipe file area and inside the greens folder there are many tried

and true kale recipes awaiting you

I have Kale in the Freg to cook for Lunch.

 

Any good tasty recipes you would like to share to help me out??

 

This is my first time to cook it.  And from what I have heard on the cooking

channel it has a bitter taste if not cooked right.
