Guest guest Posted November 1, 2009 Report Share Posted November 1, 2009 Hi all I have just become Vegetarian, I am 51 years old and have become increasingly aware of the amount of additives in the food of the animals we eat, and the often unpleasant ways in which they are reared and slaughtered. I am married to a non-veggy wife, but I do most of the cooking anyway so it isn't too much of a problem. One of the most helpful accessories I have found is the silver foil dish and lid in which to store the extra food, all the veggy recipes seem to cater for 6-8 people, so freezing the excess is better than eating the same meal for 6 days!
