Guest guest Posted November 5, 2009 Report Share Posted November 5, 2009 I cut mine in half scoop out the seeds, put olive oil, garlic and Italian seasons on mine and then toss it skin down in the old microwave. When I have more time I do the smae thin on a cookie sheet in the over. I suggest just cutting it open - no more exploding produce!
