Guest guest Posted November 9, 2009 Report Share Posted November 9, 2009 4 tablespoon butter or marg 1 large onion, thinly sliced 1 pound sauerkraut, drained 1/2 cup dry white wine 1 cup veg stock 2 tablespoon wine vinegar 2 tablespoon brown sugar 1 bay leaf salt and pepper, to taste 1 pound new red potatoes, cubed 1 pound vegetarian sausage, sliced into rounds 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard Melt butter and sauté onion until golden brown. Add sauerkraut, wine, stock, vinegar, brown sugar, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and then simmer about 20 minutes. Add potatoes and sausage rounds.
