Hi Diana

You had a wonderful day.

I just love Penzey';s.  Sunny Paris is in my top 5 spices from there.  There's

nothing like that cinnamon either.

OK I will post the soup as soon as I have a chance, I have the cookbook out.

Do post the Tuscan soup, pretty plueze. Went to Pensey's today and smelled every

jar.

Got the Vietnese cinnamon and way too many other spices. One of them was a

Tuscan mixture - maybe in the CPK soup? <smile> Had lunch with friends at Clydes

and had a delicious ravioli with winter squash, peas, pomegranite seeds, walnuts

and more which I don't remember with a marvelous curry sauce. What a nice way to

spend a rainy day!
