t Dried Whole Peas

I have whole dried peas soaking now, but had to tell you how much fun it is to

clean and sort dried peas.

 

I placed a couple cups of the peas on the counter top, just like I do when

sorting dried beans.

 

I had peas trying to escape in all directions. They rolled off the counter onto

the floor and I bet I'll be finding peas hiding everywhere.

 

Sure was a laughing experience.

 

Anyway I corraled most of them, sorted, washed and now they will be ready for

cooking in a few hours.
