Attention Potato Lovers

This year seems to have been a great year for potatoes,especially in my state of

Colorado.

Just want to remind you that potatoes are pleantiful and inexpensive at this

time.

I just purchased a 5 lb. bag of organic Russets for $1.49..

Looks like this will be a potato salad, soup, mashed potato week .
