potato roses

I found a neat site today and came across the potato roses. The photos show how

to make them, and they look a lot easier than some things I've done, so

maybe...Carl will hate them, of course. French fries are supposed to be long and

sometimes crinkled. He doesn't even like waffle fries. Ah well. They do look fun

to make.
