Just trying it is ok, cause' sticking to it entails strong will, which might lower the quality of your life. I can hold it as a habit because I set weight loss as my goal and there is stubbornness in my personality. Plus I am obtuse to the flavor.  If you like this recipe, take peanut as snack. Make sure not to take it too much(100g/day to the most), and rice(250g/day to the most), both of which are weakly acidic food, which will cause weight gain if taking too much. Try to avoid frying fotu, for the reason that cooking in that way will turn tofu acidic.
