Guest guest
I don't believe any of it. I love sugar and have no plans of giving it up, I will give you the shirt off my back and have no bad temper. My sister is a raging tiger and she is a sugar phobe. LOL I think all this depends on the individual and how you are made up, your outlook on life, if you are sensitive to it, etc. Same with meat, I know some of the kindest meat eaters and I know some very mean vegetarians so you really can't stereo type. One person can drink a pot of black coffee and fall asleep like myself, the next person can drin k a cup and turn into a nasty speed freak. You have to do what's best for you. If you are sensitive to caffeine then cut it from your diet, same with sugar, preservatives, food coloring, diary, wheat, nuts, etc. Donna The Cisco Kid was a friend of mine The Cisco Kid was a friend of mine He drink whiskey, Poncho drink the wine He drink whiskey, Poncho drink the wine SOURCE War - The Cisco Kid --- On Sun, 11/15/09, Dena Deen <tigriss007 wrote: Dena Deen <tigriss007 [veg_grp] OT Sugar, Bad temper Sunday, November 15, 2009, 9:19 AM I'm not sure that meat can cause bad temper, but I know that sugar is a great behavior modifier. Here's the deal from a tried and true Old Folk. If there wasn't a good reason for things growing on this Earth it would not be here. And yes that means the things that might cause us harm. Especially if wew over indulge which is typical of humans. Sugar and salt won't hurt you if you use it in moderation. Number Two: The TV Cisco Kid (Duncan Reynaldo) was a favorite of mine when I was a kid. I sent away for a photo and received an autograph copy much to my delight. I liked the song too. Guest guest
Hi Dena I switched to iodised salt because I have the potential to become hypothyroid. Just make sure you are getting enough iodine from other sources http://tinyurl.com/yfo8zcu http://tinyurl.com/yc3htoa http://tinyurl.com/yza2rlt http://tinyurl.com/yj6jlph Virginia West Aussie > We do use kosher or sea salt as opposed to iodized because it > requires much less to do the same job.
