If I bake them very long, they disintegrate! Guest guest Posted November 19, 2009 Report Share Posted November 19, 2009 Audrey, Your corn tortilla's will not be fragile or disintegrate if you dip each on *quickly* in hot oil. Turn once, blot on a paper towel and then place in your baking dish, fill w/cheese and cover with sauce. I know this seems horrible to many of us who no longer deep fry but it works. This is how Enchiladas are made by those who've been making them for many years.
