Guest guest Posted November 22, 2009 Report Share Posted November 22, 2009 Elephant Garlic Soup (flu killer soup) 2 cups broth 4 medium potatoes 1 whole elephant garlic (peeled and chopped) 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped Peel potatoes and cut into quarters. Cover potatoes and garlic with water and bring to a boil. Cook until fork tender with cleaned chopped garlic. When potatoes are fork tender transfer to blender or food processor and add broth.
