I don't want to sabotage my weightloss but I don't want to feel deprived either, so that seems like a really good compromise. I've only been able to find coconut flavouring which unfortunately tastes very artificial so I must try to find some coconut extract. I have to admit I can't take credit for these recipes - one I adapted from a book and the other was posted on here. Coconut milk adds such a wonderful richness to food. Thank you for your suggestion.
