Guest guest Posted November 29, 2009 Report Share Posted November 29, 2009 And the homeless shelter always needs canned goods, pasta, rice, beans, lentils, etc. Rest homes can use socks, slippers, magazines, robes and paperbacks. Many of the residents arrive with only a hospital gown on. Don't forget www.freecycle.org let's keep it out of the landfill as we make space at home and help others and you never know what might be posted you can use too.
