Guest guest Posted November 29, 2009 Report Share Posted November 29, 2009 I tried both the Veganomicon rutabaga puree and the Vegan Planet sweet potato gratin, both made with coconut milk. Both recipes were delicious. Coconut milk isn't at all heavy, so both dishes had a light quality that was just wonderful. This has been a fun Thanksgiving weekend.
