Guest guest
Don't substitute sugar with stevia in your baking recipes. You need the volume of the sugar. Say cookies call for 1-1/2 cups sugar you can't use a few tablespoons of stevia. There are stevia cookbooks and you can Google stevia recipes. I don't use it, it has an odd taste to me. Guest guest
Good to know. The orange juice I buy is sweetened with stevia instead of sugar, and I think it tastes fine. I might have to get a little and use it in tea or coffee to see if I like the taste in other things. Thanks! Guest guest
It's so concentrated that I couldn't handle it in coffee. Maybe if you have some dessert recipes specifically made for stevia they might taste great. Give it a try. Guest guest
I've been useing the Stevia 'Raw' in my tea, I bought it in the little packets like you get at a restaurant. It is very concentrated and I can split one of the packets for 3 cups of tea! Sure makes it last longer and I love that it has no calories! I have not tried it in anything else.
