Judy Zesty Carrots Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 large carrots cooked and cut into strips -- (6 to 8) 1/4 c. water or cooking liquid from carrots 2 T. grated onion 2 T. horseradish 1/3 C. mayonnaise 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. freshly ground pepper 1/4 C. saltine cracker crumbs 1 T. butter -- softened 1 Dash paprika Chopped parsley for garnish Arrange carrot strips in a shallow dish In a small bowl, combine water, carrots, onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, then pour over carrots.
