Recipes for slightly stale sweet cookies/biscuiits?

Yes what we call biscuits in UK are called cookies in USA, and no I don't need

the recipe idea to use them crushed as flan or cheesecake bases,

I know that one, and I live alone and try to eat healthily, wouldn't be much use

to me LOL

I look forward to some ideas.. I wonder if I could somehow make them into a kind

of rich special Christmas cake or pudding, for special occasions..

at least that would not produce about 10 flans or cheesecakes ;0)

Any ideas how or other ideas?

Why don't you just freeze them and pull a few out to eat at a time?

I don't think that the kind of biscuits Louisa is talking about would freeze

well, Donna. A digestive is like a chocolate coated graham cracker.

 

I have no healthy ideas for you, Louisa, except to buy an airtight container

to put them in next time around, which will mean that they stay fresher for

longer <vbg>.
