Guest guest
Also in addtional to the other e-mail I sent, Nutrtional Yeast Flakes(NOT bread rising yeast or brewers yeast) also is a good source of the whole B vitamin complex. http://www.bulkfoods.com/yeast.htm You can find this product in health food stores, amazon and many places on the internet. They give food a cheese taste. Judy - brahmanyan Wednesday, December 09, 2009 10:01 PM [veg_grp] Vitamin B.12 I am a born vegetarian from India. Guest guest
U take a vitimin b complex vitimin. That is the only thing we need that we can't get in a vegan diet. If you are vegetarian and you eat eggs, drink milk or eat cheese, you can get it from there. It is so very necessary, but a minute amount is all that is needed and the body stores it until it is needed. Katie , " brahmanyan " <abmanian wrote: > > I am a born vegetarian from India. Guest guest
I take vitamin B complex and a B12 shot because I'm low on top of my supplements for some reason. My endocrinologist can't explain it. My low thyroid can't be explained either. Guest guest
Most vegetarians need to increase their intake of whole grains and/or take vitamins B6 and B12. Meat supplied some ir all of the B vitamins. --- On Thu, 12/10/09, Dena Deen <tigriss007 wrote: Dena Deen <tigriss007 Re: [veg_grp] Re: Vitamin B.12 Thursday, December 10, 2009, 8:57 PM  I take vitamin B complex and a B12 shot because I'm low on top of my supplements for some reason. My endocrinologist can't explain it. My low thyroid can't be explained either.
