Guest guest
I've had makeup counter employees tell me never to put my fingers into a container of moisturizer, lotion, or whatever. You're supposed to use a Q-tip, the stuff won't go rancid as quickly without the oils from our fingers in it.... Guest guest
good point, Audrey. That would include makeup sponges, etc. that we might put to our face without washing them frequently. I never thought of that. :-) Cindi ________________________________ Audrey Snyder <AudeeBird Mon, December 14, 2009 9:00:18 PM [veg_grp] Cindi - makeup storage I've had makeup counter employees tell me never to put my fingers into a container of moisturizer, lotion, or whatever. Guest guest
I need to wash my make-up brushes. You can use shampoo or dishwashing soap on them. Those little sponge suckers, I'd just toss them after a couple of weeks, they're cheap enough. Or I bet you could run them through the dishwasher, that's what I do with my kitchen sponges. The water gets so hot it would disinfect them. (dishwasher would ruin my nice brushes, though!) Audrey On Mon, Dec 14, 2009 at 8:08 PM, Cindi Waters <clean_boost wrote: > > > good point, Audrey.
