Guest guest
Roundel 11 ETERNITY I AM UNBORN; " I don't die, I don't perish " says our Sage, " As Eternal Self beyond this tearful mortal vale, I don't sustain the so called mind, at any stage, I Am Unborn. " In a thunder clap so loud, see forked lightning, the hail Rains to shower God's Grace on our awakening age, The command to 'Self Enquire' ever seeks the holy grail. Let this maxim settle down deeply from this page, On your own heart's sacred leaves. how can you fail To apprehend your own Truth, your veracity guage? I Am unborn. Guest guest
Man cannot love, but man can be love, if he lives selflessly, then all man's activities will express love, not his former self or ego. To be love you have to be selfless. Selfless means to be nothing. To be nothing means that you become an anonymous, with no audience to applaude you or influence your actions. You become guided by what " you never knew " , the " unforseen " , by God, not by the convention of humans. This is Eternity. m , Alan Jacobs <alanadamsjacobs wrote: > > Roundel 11 > > > ETERNITY > > > I AM UNBORN; " I don't die, I don't perish " says our Sage, > " As Eternal Self beyond this tearful mortal vale, > I don't sustain the so called mind, at any stage, > I Am Unborn. Guest guest
Hello, All! Being " selfless " ... Geez, English is a clunky language, isn't it? ... Ah, to be nothing... to care NOTHING about other people saying, " You're such a great blessing to those Burundian refugees " and " How lucky they are to have you " and " You're an angel " !... when all I think is how blessed I am that these amazing people have come into my life and allowed me into their lives, so that I can work for their benefit. I feel SO selfish, so inordinately blessed to be part of their lives, to be loved by them, to be gifted with their presence... to be able to share, if only for a little time (life being what it is, time spent in joy is never long enough)... And I realize that the search for " self " is over for me now, because I have no " self " that matters. All that matters is my beloved friends who have become my new family in addition to the family into which I was born... all I have is them, their needs, not my own, which are completely extraneous to me... The ego disappeared without me even noticing. Guest guest
Hello Self abnegation and self giving is one of the expressions love and selflessness, selfless-love. Shouting at someone and fighting with someone can also be an expression of selfless love. Anger can also be an expression of selfless love. There is no restriction or limit for the expression of selfless love. m , " paravani " <paravani wrote: > > Hello, All! > > Being " selfless " ... Guest guest
Hi Mourad, , " mourad " <mourad_shamel wrote: > > > Hello > > Self abnegation and self giving is one of the expressions love and > selflessness, selfless-love. When we realize others are really my Self, we treat others as we want to be treated - with care, with compassion, with love. Others become inclusive to us - it isn't 'me and you', you're not my 'object' any more. We are both the supreme Subject, the " I-I " .
