So I am just like you.There are different methods of concentration,and you have to find the one that works for you. well if you following pb,you can take any thought,any idea or question,and just tie the mind to it-during meditation. but for this exercise,you just have to silence the mind by blanking out other thoughts and watch for the coming of sleep.very hard to do.lol i never did it.lol to better explain-imagine your state of mind just before someone is about make an important announcement. you can also try,after thinking one thought,wait for another one to arise.lol after practising these,youll get the idea.lol but if you talking about concentration during meditation,then search for the right method for you. the pb exercise for pre-sleep just requires you to be alert,thats all. best of luck Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
