GITA STUDY 21

Sri Bhagavan's selection of the 42 most important of the 700 verses of the

Bhagavad Gita, in an order chosen for spiritual guidance, entitled the Song

Celestial, translated by Arthur Osborne and Prof. Kulkarni See Collected Works..

21 ChV:16

" But in those whose unwisdom is distroyed by wisdom, like the Sun, reveals the

Supreme (Param) "

Comment: A straightforward verse assuring devotees that when our ignorance

(avidyah) is destroyed by Jnana (Knowledge or Gnosis), like the Sun, when the

black clouds of vasanas are dispersed by Devotion and Self Enquiry, the Supreme

Bliss of the Self or Pure Absolute Consciousness will be unveiled in all its

glory!
