Guest guest
Yes. Beautiful. With a seeing that all that happens, including work and relationships,is occuring in YOU as awareness. Not the other way around. All keeps happening, beyond 'our' doing or the idea there is a separate entity called " me " doing anything... action simply happens...all is seen as changing all the time from this viewpoint of who we really are, the unchanging. From the unchanging, action will happen naturally. There's no real 'how to do work and relationships 'handbook.... from the unchanging, there's no need to entertain a care about whether the ego sense will 'get it right'... that all 9that thought)belongs to the ego sense or false idea of self, a bunch of cells and memory/conditioning etc. From the unchanging, who we really are, there's no need for the ego sense to be perfected or that it is faulty...it just is... as a result of the past and is not who we are. love, Soul , " Michael Bindel " <michael.bindel wrote: > > Dear members > > following the highly interesting discussion between fellow members it just came into my " mind " to ask you all the down-to-earth question > > how do you live ADVAITA in your daily life > in work field in your relations with others with your beloved ones.. > > > > i know what Sri Ramana commented sometimes > > > b u t > > > your experience with this theme is important.... > > Please do not hesitate to answer, even a reply with the message " i do not know it myself " is welcomed... > > > > in Sri Ramana > > > michael >

Guest guest
Dear Sangha, Here's something I found from Ramana on this topic. It seems many seekers have these kinds of questions.... From 'Conscious Immortality-Conversations with Sri Ramana Maharishi. Recorded by Paul Brunton & Munagala Venkataramiah. Published byV.S.Ramanan, second edition,1996.' " Q: How to reconcile work with meditation? M: Who is the worker? Let him who works ask the question. You are always the Self, not the mind. It is the mind which raises these questions. Work always goes along in the presence of the Self. Work is no hindrance to realization. It is the mistaken identity of the worker that is the trouble. Get rid of the false identity. Activities go on automatically every day. Know that the mind prompting them is but a phantom proceeding from the Self. Why do you think that you are active? The activities are not your own: they are God's " Namaste, Soul , " Soul " <soulyoginima wrote: > > > Dear Sangha, > > Here's link to a video to add to this inquiry... > > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPx6z6UM-Ns & feature=related > > Namaste, > Soul > > > > , " Soul " <soulyoginima@> > wrote: > > > > > > > > Yes.
