Hello Friends -

Wishing people everywhere a healthy and happy New Year.

Some years ago, I read a story about poetry that moved me. Here's a short

excerpt:

" ... In the course of pulling soggy sheets from the gutters and the weeds on

the median I noticed that they were printed with stanzas of poetry, and I

realized why she was so hopelessly desperate to to recover every piece, it was

really her heart that was blowing down that busy street disappearing into the

maddening pace of that nonstop traffic... "

And now, the author of the story excerpted above, Mace Mealer, has published a

book of his poetry and writings that all may share in them: " Alethea at

Aphelion "

This is not a slender book with just a taste of a poet's heart, it is a generous

feast of a book with many courses and spiritual and nondual flavors, and I

encourage people to pick up a copy for their New Year's readings.

It's available from amazon.com.

The title is " Alethea at Aphelion, " authored by William M. Mealer (and God, tho

Mace gives God first billing).

Thanks for your sharings, Mace.

Happy New Years everyone.

love,

joyce
