fitting course is to discern it in the Heart through Being-Consciousness and

then to establish it firmly there through deep contemplation, so that the

fetters of worldly bondage - the companion of lustful infatuation - disappear,

being revealed as false, and liberation, the mark of the Real, shines forth. "
