Guest guest
Namaste, The Child is born with all it needs to know about its real nature, all that is added is programming into delusion. In the West it starts with The Lords Prayer.(Iswara/Allah/El) Our father who art in heaven.....There's no father and if there was one he wouldn't be in the state of consciousness called heaven. A better line would be our karma that is in our consciousness. So the child is taught that the Father God will bring daily bread-- perhaps by delivery float? This is the key word trespasses or karma...but there is nobody to forgive them---it is all nonsense and the child grows up believing all this crap instead of relying on its inner feelings. Parents think they are helping to instill morals and behaviour with an unseen 'baby sitter' called 'God the Father', who has his beady eye on you. Why would a good 'God' lead people into temptation, tempation is relative only to a belief system. The other religions don't get off free either, they are full of the same delusional stuff Allah/Iswara etc etc. Religion is enforced Dualism and delusion to control and manipulate people. Even all the Vedantic philosophy is only good when validity is given to Saguna concept otherwise it is all delusional spouting as well. People are not taught the truth that a child already knows and feels. Religion is not necessary for a child to learn certain ethics of behaviour, within a society...Religion is a stick to beat children with. Don't tell them about Fathers in Heaven and Iswaras and all that fairy tales stuff---let them tell you in silence like Ramana did.............Cheers Tony
