A witness

distant and aloof of all that happens

in his presence,

Lord Ramana,

radiant master

who is accesible to devotees

and never has a function to perform.

 

Yet, He, even He,

we have seen,

fulfills to the wonder

of the five great Gods*

All the five functions for which they are givenm credit.
