You keep them waiting,

they who long

unceasingly

to reach your Feet.

 

yet you welcome me

and accept this dog.

 

I know not why

and how you do this?

But beyond all thinking

flows the opulence

of your grace.

 

Bid me die

and in your Grace divine

be lost,

 

Oh Ramana,

Lord of Aruna Hill

transcendent,

whose flowery feet

put out the life

of the God of death!
