The One and Only Reality can be experienced only by those that

> attain peace by stilling the mind's movements; it is

> beyond the reach of those whose minds are restless.

Mental activity, starting from the illusion of

> the ego-sense, spreads forth the phantasm of bewildering

> multiplicity (duality) and fragmentation of the self; if

> this be effaced (removed without a trace) and the mind

> becomes still, then what is very accurately described as

> Vision of the Real Self will take place (naturally).

 

 

Note: These are some of the utterances of Sri Bhagavan and recorded by Sri

Muruganar, before and after his Self Realisation through Sri Ramana's Grace.
