Like a dog

loafing up and down

the back streets,

sniffing at the same stuff

all the time,

much I have suffered in countless lives already.

 

condemn me not to birth again,

glance on me with grace,

sweep clean the pride

of 'I' and 'mine

and give me,

Guru Ramana, Sivam,

your heaven,

state supreme.
