I  knew not,

Your Self within me,

You revealed,

A flame of bright Awareness,

you illumined

this once wretched Heart.

 

What else can I, this madman, do,

God Ramana of golden hue,

But think and think and think of you?

 

Muruganar eventually reached Self Realisation through Sri Bhagavan's Grace.
