"Perhaps you seek too much, that as a result of your seeking you cannot find..." - Hermann Hesse.

If we were to try to accumulate spiritual knowledge the same way as we accumulate wealth , perhaps we will become very knowledgeable. We may be able to talk , write , discuss , give discourses , etc. But then we may never find peace , we may miss the bus altogether.

:) yes... in spiritual study, learning is in fact unlearning. the

essence of developing

'spiritual' attitude is getting rid of conditioning and automatic

reactions. as i tell

my kids (and friends): increase your not-knowing!

bless you, most beloved,

the heart of all hearts,

for inspiring the words of the wise

which taught me

to discard

all words and ideas

like thorns removing thorns...

and thereafter

caused " me " to melt

dissolve and disappear

within your liberating

and all containing

laughter

oh beloved,

bless you,

bless you a million times

for revealing to the simple

what is concealed

forever

from the intelligent

and clever.

BOOM!
