Why move to Tiruvannamalai and Arunachala? – Part One

I was asked to say what brought my wife and I to Arunachala and Ramana. Here is

the first of two posts that responds to the question.

 

The first part deals with what brought me to Ramana, and then starts telling

the story of 'why Arunachala?' It talks about a trip to India in 2005, and the

initial experiences in Bangalore with A.R. Natarajan and his family at Ramana

Centre for Learning and the Ramana Shrine.

 

Perhaps some of you may be interested.

 

But this is just a story. One could say that Arunachala brought us here and we

had nothing to do with it.
