Guest guest
Glued to gross gravitational pull of sense, Obsessd by wastrel ways of wasteful thought, We find tenacious tendencies so dense; Mind in endless diversion's kept. Sage taught, Tether to breath this errant mind; thus wrought Around this lusty ox, raise a stout sure fence, To graze the kine at source; in present tense Be attentively adept at mind spectator sport. Stay calm, watch flow of vital force endure, Then tranquility may simply come to be. If this fails the yoke of yoga shows the way, Exhale the forceful breath to start the play, Inhale, then quietly wait, patiently to see Like a fountain, channels of life turn pure. Thanks. In a similar flow this was written yesterday: No inner narrative Brings life to life Words are merely Secondary devices That underlie the Lie of duality Only ego assigns Our narrative potency Neither the 5 senses Nor the 6th sense of Enlightened consciousness Allow for expression It is rather the Wordless pristine Silence of experience That pours out the Juice of life and Quenches our thirst Jeff

This interaction Is called " the world " . Consciousness, " mind " , The sixths sense, Intuits the truth – While resting eternally In the pure Undefiled awareness. Observing this, All melts in indivisible All pervading joy. Then Only laughter remains.
