thought about many different directions that conversation could go - I never met

her again. She never came to contest her incomplete grade.

abiding in the heart is the practice

not allowing distractions of future notions or concepts of past ideas steal one's attention

requires supreme focus on the present and willingness to be honest moment to moment

self inquiry gives way to being thoughtless and then love is in everything

the best practice is constant attention on God, seeing all around you as God, serving God in all

I have a wife and three sons, so that provides much opportunity to be of service in love and honesty

No thing which can be forgotten

Is truly worth remembering.

Anything that can be lost

Does not deserve holding to...

Giving up, surrendering self,

Lost in love, aware of nothing

As long as body lasts,

Breath is the only

Remembrance...

Oh, the boundless grace!

:) shabbat shalom michael, cool rafe and all!

There is one remembrance,

Which is present always.

A beacon in my mind’s depth.

Thank god for this memory

The one that says:

“forget it all, beloved

lose yourself

in loveâ€

shabbat shalom all,

newborn with Grace was cool.
