Waves after waves,bubbles in their millions, are ever found on the surface of the ocean ! At IT's bottom, are there any? Shift your attention from waves, bubbles, movements to the Ocean itself -- there is only serenity, calmness and stillness ! Why one should indulge in shifting one's attention ? For the simple reason, you are not 'seeing' the Ocean -- YOU ARE THE OCEAN ! That's all! TRUTH is that simple...........
