" Padam, the perfect first cause, cannot be gained in full measure unless the

ego, the counterfeit consciousness is destroyed. "

 

Padamalai is the advanced teaching of Sri Bhagavan

given to Muruganar before and after his Realisation,

and recorded in Tamil verse. It has been translated into

English aphorisms by Davids Butler and Godman. Padam means the

Eternal Formlessness of Bhagavan, the Self of Pure Absolute

Consciousness- Awareness- Existence-Love or the Feet of the
